The main expectations for playing on Elkoy and ways to get help.
Community conduct
Treat players and staff with respect. Harassment, discrimination, threats, excessive toxicity and attempts to create conflict are not accepted.
Fair play
Do not use hacked clients, prohibited modifications, exploits, duplication methods or unintended mechanics for an advantage. Report serious bugs instead of abusing them.
Survival rules
Do not grief, steal from protected builds through exploits, scam players or evade another player’s Land permissions. Keep builds and chat appropriate for the community.
Trading and purchases
Use clear terms when trading. Store purchases are delivered automatically in most cases, but may take several minutes during busy periods. Open a support ticket if an order does not arrive.
Getting support
Use the Elkoy Discord support system for account, purchase or gameplay help. Include useful details and evidence, but never post private information publicly.
